A notice for your website enquiry.
This policy explains how Pablo IPTV handles information submitted through this website’s contact, quote, reseller and Test Account forms. It does not describe every separate privacy practice of a third-party player, an app store or a service you may later choose.
Pablo IPTV. For questions, use our contact form or email info@pabloiptv.com.
Before agreeing to a separate service, ask for the identity and contact details of the contracting provider and the privacy information that applies to that service.
The details that help us answer.
Forms ask for a name, email address, country and device category. Depending on the enquiry, they also contain viewing interests, plan duration, connection count and your message. A phone number, device/player description and marketing preference are optional. A selected contact topic or guide context can be included with your message.
With a submitted request, the website records a reference, submission time, form source, privacy-notice version and communication preference. Campaign source tags from the page address may accompany the request. You can browse the guides without submitting a form.
Please do not send passwords, full private playlist URLs, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through these forms. We do not need those details to begin a conversation.
A reply, a relevant offer, or help with a problem.
Enquiry information is used to answer the request you made, check the relevant setup, discuss availability or prepare a quote. Operational records also help prevent spam, investigate failed submissions and avoid duplicate requests.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to an enquiry can involve taking steps at your request before an agreement; operating and protecting the enquiry service can involve legitimate interests, where applicable. Optional promotional communication is based on your choice. The basis for any later service should be explained with that service’s privacy information.
Acknowledging this policy records that you have seen the notice. It is separate from the optional choice to receive news or offers.
One request, recorded delivery.
In live mode, the website saves an accepted request to its delivery queue and sends it to Pablo Panel for enquiry management and, when team email notifications are enabled, to the configured team mailbox using Resend. Hosting infrastructure, the panel and email services process information needed for those functions. Delivery may be retried after a temporary failure.
A reference confirms that the request was saved; it does not mean that a Test Account has been activated or that every delivery has completed. Local previews clearly identify themselves and save test details without sending an email or panel enquiry.
Third-party players and app stores receive information directly when you use them, under their own privacy policies. Their use of a playlist, device ID or app account is separate from this website’s forms. Service-provider locations and any cross-border handling depend on the actual arrangement; contact the team for details relevant to your request.
Keep the enquiry useful, limit unnecessary copies.
The website’s transport queue is configured to remove completed submission records older than 30 days during its maintenance process. Requests with an unresolved delivery are retained for retry or operator review so they are not silently lost. Copies delivered to Pablo Panel or the team mailbox are separate conversation records; the queue’s cleanup does not delete those copies. Ask about the applicable retention or request deletion when you no longer need the conversation retained.
Submission controls include validation, duplicate protection and rate limits. Email-based rate-limit identifiers are hashed; an IP-based limit is used only when a trusted hosting proxy supplies the address. Hosting services may keep operational logs under their own configuration. No transmission or storage method can be described as risk-free.
You can ask for help without marketing.
The website’s current implementation does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and imagery are served locally. The form can include campaign source tags, as described above; that does not require you to accept marketing.
The news-and-offers option starts unchecked. Leaving it unchecked does not stop a service enquiry. To change a marketing preference, use the privacy request route. If tracking or embedded services are introduced, the notice and any required choices should be updated before their use.
Ask about the information associated with you.
You can ask for access to enquiry information, a correction, deletion or a change in communication preferences. Depending on the law that applies, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a competent data-protection authority. Not every right applies to every situation.
Contact us using the email address associated with the enquiry and include the reference if available. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents or account passwords unless an appropriate, secure process has first been agreed.
The website is not intended to solicit information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact the team so the request can be reviewed. Updates to this notice are identified by the date above; material changes should be explained where they affect the enquiry process.
