Television, delivered
a little differently.

IPTV is television delivered through an internet connection. Here’s what that means for your screen.

What does IPTV stand for?

IPTV means Internet Protocol Television. Instead of receiving a signal through a satellite dish or aerial, a compatible player receives television data over your internet connection. The picture you see depends on the source, the player, your device and the quality of that connection.

A player and a service are different things.

A player is the application you use to open a stream or playlist. Installing one does not give you a content subscription. Access details come separately from a service provider, and some player developers also charge an app licence fee. Check both before paying.

What do you need to get started?

  • A compatible device and supported player.
  • A stable internet connection with enough capacity for your chosen stream.
  • Valid access details for content you are authorised to watch.

Find a device-specific starting point in our setup guides. If you are unsure about compatibility, include your exact device model in your enquiry.

What should you check before choosing a plan?

Ask about the content available in your region, supported languages, stream quality, connection limits, price and renewal terms. A trial on your own device can help you assess compatibility and network performance. It does not guarantee future availability of a particular programme.

How does Pablo fit in?
