Before you begin
- A compatible television device; the publisher says the app is not optimised for phones or tablets.
- The genuine TiviMate listing from Armobsoft FZE.
- Your confirmed connection method, access details and optional guide source.
Check the publisher and device
Use the official store listing to confirm the publisher and current device support. Read which features are included and which require a player upgrade. Treat store availability on your device as the deciding factor rather than assuming every Android-based product is supported.
Start a new playlist
Open the player’s add-playlist flow and select your supplied format. The publisher lists M3U, Xtream Codes and Stalker Portal support. The exact menu wording can change. Only use portal setup if that is what the team has explicitly supplied for your device.
Enter fields without mixing formats
Paste the complete URL for M3U. For an account method, enter the server address, username and password in their separate fields. Keep any specified port and scheme. Use a friendly playlist name without credentials, and wait until the initial import finishes.
Check guide data and favourites
Confirm that a programme guide appears. If a separate guide address was provided, add it using the player’s EPG source settings and refresh. Check the time zone before applying an offset. Create a small set of favourites so you can test your normal viewing quickly.
Review advanced features before using them
Multiview and recording may create additional simultaneous streams, and catch-up requires support from the source. Confirm the allowance and permissions first. Test one stream with default playback settings, then change one relevant setting at a time if there is a problem.
If something does not work
- The interface is awkward on my phone
- Choose a player designed for touch; TiviMate is intended for remote-controlled TV devices.
- Premium activated but the list is empty
- A premium purchase unlocks app features. You still need to add confirmed viewing access separately.
- Guide times are wrong
- Check the device time zone and the guide source before changing any per-channel offset.
