Before you begin
- Your Formuler model and installed MYTVOnline generation.
- The access method confirmed for this device: portal, supported account login or playlist.
- Your device’s displayed identifier only if a portal setup explicitly requires it.
Identify the device and application
Check settings for the model, firmware and MYTVOnline version. MYTVOnline2, MYTVOnline3 and newer editions do not necessarily have identical menus. Use Formuler’s tutorial index to choose the matching walkthrough instead of applying screenshots for a different generation.
Confirm the connection arrangement
Ask which source type is intended for your access. A portal registered to a device ID differs from a connection using separate login fields or an M3U source. If an identifier is needed, use the one displayed by your version of MYTVOnline, not an assumed value from another model.
Add the connection in the matching workflow
Use the source or portal setup shown in the official tutorial for your installed generation. Add a recognisable name and copy the confirmed URL exactly. Fill login fields only when the documented method and your access reply call for them. Avoid guessing an extra path onto the server address.
Load the source and check its sections
Allow the connection to finish loading, then inspect the available live, on-demand and guide sections. A section can remain empty when the source does not provide it. Test one stream before adding several sources or changing advanced settings.
Keep device changes deliberate
Moving access to another box may require a provider-side change for a registered portal. Ask before changing identifiers, resetting the box or replacing a working connection. For support, send the device and app versions plus the error, with private URLs and identifiers removed.
If something does not work
- The menus differ from a tutorial
- Choose the tutorial for your installed MYTVOnline generation, not just for the Formuler brand.
- Portal rejects the connection
- Confirm the exact portal URL and whether the correct device identifier is registered. Do not clone another device’s ID.
- A content section is empty
- Ask whether the source includes it and refresh the connection. The player interface does not define the catalogue.
